Are all items authentic?
Yes, all shoes, clothing, and accessories are guaranteed to be 100% authentic merchandise. We do not sell, accept, or otherwise deal with fakes or factory variants.
Do you buy shoes? What is the process?
Yes, we will buy your shoes and clothing, both brand new and worn. Please email us at [email protected] to get a quote. In order to receive an accurate quote, please include the following details:
- Condition of the item - please disclose any factory flaws (if any). If items are worn, attach detailed pictures with the email.
- Does it come with original box and all accessories? (i.e. lace bags, extra laces, hang tags, dust bags, etc.)
Once a price is agreed upon, we will send you a "Cash Out" form for you to fill out with your PayPal email, which is where we will send the money (as a gifted payment). Please include this form inside your shipment. When shipping, put all items inside an outer shipping box. DO NOT ship just the shoe box, we will not accept those boxes. All items must be shipped within 48 hours of receiving the "Cash Out" form.
Once we receive your items, we will thoroughly inspect all items for authenticity and condition. If an item is found to be not as described, we will email you with an update. If an item is found to be fake or unauthorized, we will charge you return shipping and return the item to you.
What forms of payment do you accept?
All transactions are done through PayPal. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and all other major credit and debit cards.
Do I have to pay tax?
Only California residents are charged 9.25% tax.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges unless the wrong item is sent.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping on most items is a flat rate of $15. This price may vary depending on weight and size of the item. Shipping costs will always be displayed before checking out.
How long does it take for my items to arrive?
All orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of being placed, excluding weekends and holidays. All items will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days). Tracking number will always be provided to you through email. You can track your shipment at usps.com.
